These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Halyo (the "Service"), operated by Halyo ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using Halyo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Halyo is an educational and analytical software tool that provides backtested trading-strategy information, market analysis, and learning content relating to cryptocurrency. Halyo does not execute trades, hold funds, provide financial advice, or access your exchange or bank accounts. Please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
When you purchase Halyo, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal use. Access is provided via a licence key tied to your purchase. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your licence key or access. We may limit the number of devices on which a licence can be activated.
Halyo is sold as a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well. Prices may change for future purchasers; changes do not affect purchases already made.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you, no questions asked. Refund requests should be sent to support@halyoapp.com.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (c) resell or redistribute the Service or its content; (d) circumvent the licence or access controls; or (e) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
The Service provides information and analysis only and is not financial advice. You make all trading decisions yourself and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information it provides. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
The Service relies on third-party market data and infrastructure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of such data or services, and are not responsible for their failures, delays, or errors.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
All content, software, design, and branding in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your licence does not transfer any ownership to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
