This Privacy Policy explains how Halyo ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Halyo, handles information when you use our website and app (the "Service").
Halyo is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not require you to create an account with personal details to use the core tool, and we do not access your exchange accounts, wallets, or funds.
Purchase information. When you buy Halyo, payment is processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. They collect the information needed to process your payment (such as your name, email, and payment details). We receive limited information from them, such as your email address and a licence key associated with your purchase, so we can deliver and validate your access. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Licence validation. When you enter your licence key, it is sent to our validation service to confirm your purchase is valid. Your licence key may be stored locally in your browser so you do not have to re-enter it.
Usage and technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed) for security and operational purposes.
Market data. The app fetches public cryptocurrency price data from third-party sources. This does not involve your personal information.
We use the limited information we handle to: deliver and validate your access to the Service; provide customer support; process refunds where applicable; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Service, including our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), our hosting/deployment provider (Netlify), and public market-data sources. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. If you reach us through advertising (for example, Facebook), that platform may process information under its own policy.
We keep purchase and licence information for as long as needed to provide the Service, support you, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at support@halyoapp.com. You can also clear your locally stored licence key at any time by clearing your browser storage.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
